Creative Wellness
When I started LivingKind Design in 2018, I wanted it to capture a way of living. I love design. I love working with stained glass. And I knew, I wanted to share this energy and light with others — creating a safe space for people to live curious, so that they can find their own path, know their value, and understand their contribution to the world.
In the LivingKind workshops, I blend visual arts with music, meditation and reflection in an in-person, group art studio setting. They are designed to help you take a few hours out of your day to slow down, focus on yourself, spend time with others in a safe space, and provoke your curiosity through art.
In a world where we are constantly living beyond human scale, it’s time we take a moment …
to just be in that moment.

20 minutes of art making can reduce cortisol levels and help keep stress at bay.
Good Vibes Workshops
-
Painting Techniques Workshops
This workshop is intended to help you leave it all behind for a couple of hours, and disappear into a world of hands-on creating. Going beyond your typical “paint & pour”, we begin with breath work to quiet the mind, releasing the stressors of the outside world. Then guest instructors guide us in creating our own art through various painting mediums.
Next Session: Fall 2025 (dates TBD)

Sound & Color Workshops
These workshops blend visual arts with music, meditation, and reflection in an in-person, group art studio setting. We explore various themes with the intent to provoke discussion and gain clarity in your own life through art. It’s about the process, not the final product.
Summer Series Currently Enrolling: Starts June 6
